Fully Automatic Rigid Box Making Machine MAGNABOX PROLINE-3000 is an impeccable solution for producing High-End Rigid Boxes. It adopts a servo programmable motion controller system, high-pixel vision camera, Mitsubishi Robot Positioning System, Human-Machine Interface, Intelligent Operation of the whole machine, digital adjustment mode, and parameterized function settings. The machine achieves high positioning accuracy, easy adjustment of specifications, more stable operation, and smoother movements.

 

Adopting a fully servo control system, the mold adjustment is faster and simpler. It has low wear and tear, long service life, and is energy saving. Equipped with memory function, only one person is needed to operate the machine, which reduces a big labor cost. 

 

Suitable for making rigid boxes like mobile phone boxes, shoe boxes, shirt boxes, cosmetic boxes, tea boxes, electronic product packaging boxes and various kinds of gift boxes.

This model is used for small and medium-size boxes with the maximum height of 110mm.

MAGNABOX PROLINE-3000D is the faster version of this model and comes with double-head box-forming production on both sides of the main unit instead of a single head.

A vacuum suction fan is set below the conveyor belt to control the relative deviation of the over-coated paper. 

4. Smart Robotic Visual Positioning System: Smart Robotic Visual Positioning System ensures accurate placement of innerboard on the glued paper.
